Camp Elderberry
Camp Elderberry offers meaningful experiences for all ages. Originally designed to provide a supportive and therapeutic outdoor environment for individuals of varying abilities, our goal has always been to foster successful peer engagement.
Each year, we reflect on the past season, adapt, and evolve to meet the needs of our community in response to current events. The COVID-19 pandemic prompted a transformation in our pony visits to care facilities. Rather than limiting our visits, the restrictions heightened the need for connection and interaction. Our continued development means we have expanded our mission to include group volunteer projects, high school leadership initiatives, mentoring opportunities, and leading by example in giving back to the community.
